We will be hosting a special evening with Helen Azer as our guest speaker, followed by a meal together.

Helen was born in England but grew up in Egypt where she lived for the first sixteen years of her life. She is half English and half Egyptian. Helen went to a German school in Cairo so from her early years developed a passion for other nations, cultures and languages. Helen trained at Wycliffe Hall theological college, Oxford, and was ordained as a minister in the Church of England in 2004. She completed the practical side of her training on staff at St Aldates Church, Oxford, in 2007. Helen joined Heartcry Ministries in 2007 and is now a Director of the ministry and also volunteers her time at St Andrews Church in Cumnor, Oxford.
