Eden shares his thought for the week; don’t conform – be transformed by God:

In Romans 12 verse 1 and 2 it says this,

Therefore I urge you brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God. This is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is, his good, pleasing and perfect will. It’s only when we draw nearer to God that he in turn will draw nearer to us.

Romans 12:1-2

I can attest to this having recently heard the voice of God for the first time, and I was greatly encouraged by the words that he had for me. I want to encourage all of us this week to lean in deeper to the Word of God and see how that will transform our situations even more, whether it’s a very difficult situation at work or school or college, or in a financial or spiritual trouble that you’re experiencing. God can and will transform your life for the better if we offer ourselves to him wholly.

I pray that we will all be transformed by the power of God this week, and that we will have the boldness, strength, faith and discernment to ask God for help, listen for his voice and understand where and what he is calling us to. God bless.
