7.30pm – Welcome and introduction to the weekend’s teaching theme with Mark and Cathy Madavan in the Mauretania Room
Saturday
8.30am – Breakfast in hotel restaurant
10.00am – Session with Mark and Cathy Madavan in the Mauretania Room. Primary-aged children will meet in Caledonia Room during this time
12.00pm – Sandwich lunch in the hotel bar area
6.00pm – Dinner in hotel restaurant
7.30pm – Session with Mark and Cathy Madavan in the Mauretania Room. Primary-aged children will meet in Caledonia Room during this time
Sunday
8.30am – Breakfast in hotel restaurant
10.00am – Session with Mark and Cathy Madavan in the Mauretania Room. Primary-aged children will meet in Caledonia Room during this time
12.00pm – Sunday lunch in hotel restaurant
Other information
- The hotel’s leisure club with an indoor pool, spa bath, and mini gym at no extra charge. This is available on a first-come, first-served basis (a maximum of 15 people are allowed at a time). Please sign in at reception; the hotel will supply towels..
- At breakfast each day, you will be asked to order your choice for the main meal later that day. For this reason, the hotel asks that you sit at the same table for breakfast and dinner on the same day.
- You will need to vacate your room by 10am on Sunday. Please ensure all of your luggage is packed away in your car by then.
